Why is this paper on the web but not in a refereed journal?I have have not been in academia for over 10 years and have not kept up with all the developments in neural networks. Also I am busy with my full time work on computer go. I could not afford the time to research the field sufficiently in order to get this paper past any journal referees. Having said that, I would like to stake a claim to these ideas and so this is the only way I could think of to do so.Back |
