The Million Dollar Prize

This is Mr Ing, he was offering 40 million Taiwanese dollars (over 1 million dollars US) to anyone who could write a program that can beat a Taiwanese professional. Sadly Mr Ing died on August 27, 1997 at the age of 84. The prize was still valid until the year 2000.
